We are a gluten free manufacturer based in Adelaide.  We create niche, on-trend, 100% gluten free bakery and patisserie products for our diverse clientele.  We are South Australian owned and operated and proudly use quality Australian ingredients such as free range eggs from McLaren Vale, gluten free flour from Strathalbyn, Beerenberg products, SA grown nuts and real Australian butter.  We manufacture our products by hand, in single batches, with recipes from scratch and we make with love. All our products are delivered frozen in boxes and have a 12 month shelf life if kept frozen.
